All cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance, however we know life is unpredictable and things happen unexpectedly. From the instance that you realize you cannot make it to your appointment (at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment time) PLEASE REACH OUT TO INFORM US.

FOR ALL LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS ( 2 hours or Less before your scheduled appointment time) or NO SHOWS, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A $30 LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOW FEE. 

FAILURE TO DO SO WILL PREVENT YOU FROM BEING ABLE TO BOOK ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS. 


CANCELLATION POLICY

Please make a great effort to be PUNCTUAL for your appointment, when coming to your appointment be mindful to plan your route accordingly making sure to factor in the distance you have to travel, the time of your appointment and the possibility of traffic. In the event of any delays please call ahead of  your appointment time to inform the service provider that you are running late.

A grace period of 10 minutes is given, after 10 minutes into your appointment time you’ll have to receive whatever service is fitting for the time you have remaining for your appointment. 

After 15 minutes into your appointment time your appointment will AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELLED!
