Deposit Requirement: A $25 deposit is necessary to confirm your booking that is to be paid the same day of booking your appointment. If you have a gift card please leave it in the notes.

Service Acknowledgment: You must add this service to your booking to acknowledge the deposit policy. Failure to do so will result in payment being required upfront at appointment 

Non-Refundable: The deposit is non-refundable for any changes or cancellations.

Appointment Deposit Policy

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a $25 cancellation fee and result in the forfeiture of your deposit. This fee must be paid before booking your next appointment.

Rescheduling Policy:
You are allowed to reschedule your appointment up to two times. If you need to reschedule more than twice, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Arrival After Start Time:

If you arrive after your scheduled start time, a $10 late fee will apply.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the late fee increases to $20.

Arrivals more than 20 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation of your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Communication:

It is essential to communicate with us if you anticipate being late. If you do not inform us of your delay, your appointment will be canceled at the scheduled time, and the deposit will be forfeited.
