Utilising a combination of long, soothing massage strokes with  the option of light, medium or firm pressure this relaxing Swedish Massage is the perfect option to reduce stress and ease tension from both the body and mind.  For more specific muscle tension relief please choose the deep tissue or remedial option.   Choose 40 min for upper or lower body and 60 min plus for full body.

Relaxing Swedish Massage

Choose this option if experiencing specific muscular pain and restricted movement in one or more areas of the body.

A targeted massage session focusing on relieving specific areas of muscular pain and restricted movement. 
Uses remedial techniques (including ROM tests, cupping therapy, passive mobility and stretching techniques)  aimed at reducing pain & increasing range of movement in one area of the body at a time. Usually a course of 1 - 3 weekly treatments is advised to treat specific issues before moving to less frequent maintenance sessions. Remedial massage is not a substitute for a medical assessment, in the event of acute injury or undiagnosed severe pain please seek advice from a medical professional prior to booking an appointment.

A super gentle touch therapy aimed at inducing a deep state of relaxation whilst easing muscle tension.  This treatment is safe for anyone affected by lymph node removal or going through cancer and the ideal massage option for those who find traditional massage too intense, perfect for quietening a busy mind and improving sleep.
