This was my first time receiving Bowen. Jodie was a great listener and then addressed the area I was having difficulty with. She was thorough to assess my whole body but also targeted areas that needed it. She talked me through the process and gave feedback at the end of how my body responded. I will definitely be going back!

Deep Tissue Massage Treatment that offers a thorough and corrective experience to soothe tired and aching muscles, alleviate pain and tension. Ryan has a number of years experience in the health and fitness industry with a background in PT as well with 2 years experience in Massage Therapy. He has a particular interest in helping clients with injury rehabilitation, increased range of movement, reduction in pain and injury prevention.

Jodie is passionate about providing natural health and lifestyle guidance to EVERY human and has developed a way to provide this through the 'Everyday Naturopathy & Wellness' sessions. 

In these sessions you can expect to: 
- discuss your most pressing health concern
- be offered effective naturopathic advice
- given liquid herbal medicine as required and/or
- given prescriptions that can be filled at local discount chemists
- find clarity amongst the overwhelming wellness industry, without the burden of the cost

You can be a new or existing client to book this session in and can come as many times as you wish. Jodie has designed these to be as accessible as possible to all individuals, no matter their budget, life or time constraints.

Our Clearlight Sanctuary Infrared Sauna offers a Full Spectrum experience, bluetooth connect-ability, researched wave lengths of Infrared light to promote greater wellbeing in the body. 

Towels and chilled water are provided for your use. We recommend not showering for 1-2 hours after your sauna as the benefits will still continue to take place in this period.
