The sessions last 1 hour and begin with a brief discussion of what the attendee is struggling with in their lives (this may be emotional, physical or mental pain of any kind), for which they need breakthrough, as well as how the session will unfold and some context, in order to put them at ease. I will then use quiet music and silent prayer, possibly laying my hands on an appropriate part of the attendees body, while I wait on Christ to move in them and bring release, healing, renewed clarity and peace of mind etc. Once it is apparent that this has happened, then I may spend some time discussing the attendees' experience with them, so that they better understand the positive implications for their life, going forward. People are welcome to book one session initially and then block-book after that if they find that they have a lot of questions or are keen to learn how to incorporate regular prayer into their life.
