This appointment will enable us to have a chat to see which step of The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan will suit you and your lifestyle. 

It will take approximately one hour and is free and will take place by phone, FaceTime or Zoom.  If we do a F2F meeting then a lateral flow must be completed beforehand.

I have a card machine for payments.

A FREE Discovery Session for us to meet and have a chat to discuss what you would like to change. 

Discovery Session for Transformational Hypnotherapy and Coaching - F2F, FaceTime/Telephone or Zoom

Hypnotherapy and Coaching sessions.  We will work with CBT, TA, NLP and various types of Hypnotherapy to enable you to make lifelong change.  £80 per session payable in advance or you can book 6 sessions and pay for 5 - £400 - when you pay in advance.
