Cleanliness is second to none at The Float Centre. It all feels cared for and deliberate. Staff are always welcoming and kind. Today I needed a friendly face and a rest - that's exactly what I received. Only complaint is that it never feels like an hour and someone (maybe me) was snoring while I was floating. Best I've felt all week. Thank you!

The staff are always happy, welcoming, great at explaining everything and making you feel relaxed before you get in the pod. The environment is also relaxing, the pods and rooms are immaculate. Such an amazing experience and I came out feeling relaxed, clean and refreshed.

Customer service was amazing. I have a wheelchair & I'm sorryi I've forgotten her name but she was lovely and offered to help me with anything at all while there. The service was perfect, the treatment was perfect & we will return, thank you so much
