My sessions combine Tibetan singing bowls, guided meditation, and conscious breathing to help you relax deeply, release stress, and reconnect with the part of you that knows exactly what you need — your higher self.
When the bowls are played, their vibrations and frequencies travel through the body, calming the nervous system and helping the mind slow down. Meditation and breathwork then guide you into a state of inner stillness where your body, mind, and energy become coherent—working together rather than pulling in different directions.
