 Thai Reflexology Massage incorporates Thai Massage, Foot Massage and Reflex Points and also imcludes elements of Shiatsu and Yoga. It's a holistic and revitalising treatmet that promotes blood and energy flow, improves organ function and helps the body to maintain health and immunity.  
A typical treatment starts with a foot bath, followed by varying massage techniques on the legs and feet as well as using a wooden stick on the feet. It also involves some mobilisation and streching techniques. Every session ends with some work on the upper body as well, including arms, neck/shoulder and head.
