Using a range of firm swedish massage techniques & warmed bamboo sticks with a bespoke Organic Aromatherapy blend, heat from the bamboos penetrates deeper into the muscular tissues, relieving server tension. Theres even the option of incorporating my Bamboo Gua Sha Skin Scraping Tool, which enhances blood & lymph circulation & skin health.

Deep Tissue Massage

Gently manipulating specific areas of the body to facilitate the movement of lymphatic fluid into the working lymphatic vessels of the body. This therapy is often booked for specific health conditions & usually has been recommended by a doctor or health professional for its detoxification protocols. It is also a very gentle relaxing treatment.

This treatment is a full upper body therapy including the face. It also benefits the scalp with deep nourishing oils, promoting healthier hair. Includes a luxurious foot bath with Epsom salts, fresh fruit, herbs & dried petals

Shirobabhyanga

60min. 'pada' meaning foot & 'abhyanga' meaning oil massage. Padasbhyanga is a ayurvedic foot treatment, using firm massage techniques & manipulating marma (vital) points in the soles of the feet & lower legs. Good for de-stressing & relaxing, increasing energy flow & taking the heaviness of the day away. Includes a luxurious foot bath with Epsom salts, fresh fruit, herbs, dried petals & enjoy a luscious foot scrub.

Mukhabhyanga uses firm pressure to lift muscular tissues & stimulating marma points to increase energy flow. Also beneficial for problem lines/anti aging. Includes a shoulder, neck & scalp massage

Mukkabhyanga

90min. 'massaging the body's limbs' & manipulating the entire body's Marmas, using specific warm dosha oil to encourage energy (prana) flow, promoting blood flow, elimination of toxins, relieves muscular & joint pain. Nourishing properties of specific dosha oils provides vital hydration to the skin. Includes a scalp massage with neem oil (optional)

Marma Abhyanga

90min. Ayurveda detox treatment- originating from India, using specific ground ayurvedic herbs are vigorously rubbed over the body to help draw out toxins & reduce water retention. The herbs naturally exfoliate, bringing new light & life to the surface of the skin. Also is beneficial for blood & lymphatic flow. Includes a scalp massage with neem oil (optional)

Udvartana

90min. A pummelling massage with ayurvedic therapeutic herbs that are crushed in a pestal & mortar, they are then put into a muslin cloth & tied tight to make the bolus or poultice. These are then doused in warmed oil & applied to the body using the pummelling techniques. Extremely nourishing, strengthening & rejuvenating especially for issues with weak joints, muscle tension, arthritis, inflammation & some skin conditions. Includes a scalp massage with neem oil (optional)
