Established for almost 3 decades practicing and teaching holistic therapies and Yoga and over 20 years of service at the Health & Wellness Centre in the New Forest. So you can be assured you are in safe hands. I'm a Registered Yoga teacher in Vinyasa flow and a Pregnancy and Meditation teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance.
