I have been working as a therapist since I trained in 1999 at the Alison Rostron School of Massage in Norwich; I trained first in therapeutic, deep tissue massage and aromatherapy massage Itec Cert. In 2003 I took further training in seated onsite massage, and later the Dorn Method and Breuss Massage, studying with Bridgett Nath. After this I furthered my studies, taking a Sports Massage course Itec. Cert, which I completed in 2012. I have since studied with the LCIC (London Centre of Indian Champissage) in Ayurvedic Indian head massage. I continue to train in other therapies.

This choice of massage is less specific than deep tissue or aromatherapy, it can be a combination of all of these with the objective to leave your muscles feeling relaxed and ready for activity. As with all my treatments, I will always take time to discuss with you variations in pressure and which areas you wish to be treated in the session.

Option 1 - Hour Massage

This 45-minute treatment allows a little more time for the back, neck, and shoulders. It's a popular choice with clients who wish to have treatments more frequently because it fits into their budget a little easier, and can be used to target specific areas each week as needed.

Option 4 - 45 Minute Massage

This 30-minute treatment is a wonderful option if you are either new to massage and just want to try it, or just need to target specific areas such as legs after a run or neck and shoulders after a hard day at the office.

Option 3 - 30 Minute Massage

A 90-minute massage treatment, allows time to treat the whole body: back, legs front and back, feet arms and hands neck and shoulders. Focus can be placed on specific areas or it can be used as a wonderfully relaxing or rejuvenating whole-body experience,  often chosen byclients as a once-a-month treat.

(PLEASE NOTE: A letter giving confirmation that it is safe for you and your unborn baby  will be needed from your Midwife or Doctor).

What to expect. You will be given a  consultation at the beginning of your massage to give you a chance to say where you would like me to direct my treatment. I have an electric couch which enables us to create a very comfortable position and this again can be discussed before and  during the treatment.

This Massage treatment is to aid in your relaxation and recovery of muscle tension often found in the neck, shoulders arms hands, back,  lower back, legs and feet.  Using base oils such as grapeseed or almond and Joboba oils which will give moisture and suppleness to the skin.


Pregnancy Massage

This Session will guide you through some simple breathing techniques and then take you through a  simple 20 minute meditation. 
This is an excellent starting point for anyone interested in using meditation in there lives on a regular basis, as the skills learnt can be used at home.
Asisting with regulation of breathing and stress related conditions,  and minor anxiety, 
Meditation is a wonderful tool and can be used by anyone. However we put a great deal of pressure on ourselves to practice it. This session will show you that you don't have to.

Meditation has many positive effects,  however, please be aware that if you are suffering deeper emotional trauma please seek the advise of your doctor or counsellor before undertaking this session.



Meditation 1 to 1

This treatment offers a traditional  Indian head massage but incorporates a back and shoulder neck massage laying on couch this allows for more attention given to the shoulders, upper and lower back 

 Option 14 - Luxury Indian Head  Massage 

CBD oil is an oil blended specifically for massage use, It is excellent for reducing inflammation, joint pain, muscle spasms, and many other conditions related to injury, age, and underlying health issues such as IBS, Fibromyalgia, MS, ME.
If you are uncertain of its benefits for you and if you take other medications which may conflict please seek medical advice first from your doctor or consultant.

CBD oil treatment

Tired legs and feet? this massage is perfect for energising and relaxation. Good for people who are on their feet all day, or want a treatment that is easy to partake in anyone with mobility issues because it can be done seated or laying down.

Option 13 - Lower Leg and Foot Massage 

Hot Stones Massage is a deeply relaxing treatment, heat from the stones combined with essential oils can help relax muscle tension. wonderful if you don't wish to undergo a deep tissue massage but that will give you similar results Also a great option during the cold winter months!

Option 2 - Hour Hot Stones Massage

Hot Stones Massage is a deeply relaxing treatment, heat from the stones combined with essential oils can help relax muscle tension. Great during the cold winter months!

Option 6 - 90 Minute Hot Stones Massage

This two-hour treatment includes Hot Stones Massage but also uses the time to target and focus on specific areas, using therapeutic massage also
