This is an initial 1-1.5 hour consultation for parents only with a member of the psychology team to discuss any queries, concerns or needs you may have. Suggestions, recommendations and sign posting will be provided. Your child does not attend this consultation.  This is an in clinic appointment, you attend in person to EPT Clinic, Kilkenny for your appointment. The price will vary depending on the seniority and qualifications of the clinician. 

IN PERSON Psychology/Psychotherapy Clinical Consultation with Parent(s)

This is an initial 1-1.5 hour consultation for parents only with a member of the psychology team to discuss any queries, concerns or needs you may have. Suggestions, recommendations and sign posting will be provided. 
Your child does not attend this consultation.  
This is an online appointment, you will be sent a Teams link in advance of the meeting. The price will vary depending on the seniority and qualifications of the clinician. 

ONLINE Psychology/Psychotherapy Clinical Consultation with Parent(s)

This is a 1-1.5 hour consultation for parents and their child with a member of the psychology team to discuss requested documentation for grant, educational and service applications. This service is available to families that have ATTENDED the EPT Clinic in the past  (existing clients). This is an in-clinic service, meaning that you and your child attend in person. The psychologist will evaluate the appropriateness of the request and will provide the relevant letters and fill in forms if this is deemed clinically appropriate.

A Speech and Language Consultation Appointment: This service offers an opportunity for you and your child to spend time with a Senior Speech and Language Therapist. She will observe your child and will discuss their speech and language needs with you. Parents can ask questions, and seek support. The Speech and Language Therapist will offer support, activity ideas, strategies and recommendations to aid and support you and your child. In advance of this consultation, you will be asked to complete a parental background form which will be reviewed by our speech and language therapist. This appointment can be completed online or in clinic.  This can be a parent only appointment, or you can attend with your child.  This is a once off appointment, with the option of a check in within a few weeks to see how the plan and recommendations are going.
