ATFP-CORE Studio provides professional training in Pilates exercises in Zhuhai. Our professional scope includes chronic pain management, post-natal and rehabilitation exercise, posture correction, etc. Our studio and professional trainers are accredited by the ATFP system. It is a higher standard endorsed by the UoSHK Professional Teacher Certificate and the Redcord Training System from Norway.
