Meridian Therapy

Cedar is used for rooting and grounding because it's woody and earthy aroma is associated with balance and calmness.

Your session is held within the Cedar planked cabin, with it's natural healing properties, scent and energy, emanating peacefulness and stability.
Cedar smudging is then used to clear negativity and promote positive energy healing.
Followed by a short forehead Meridian massage using Cedar and lemon oil, moving on to your ankles and inner foot, using the same oils to calm the nervous system.
The room will then be filled with the incense of Cedar and lavender to help you drift away into a beautiful and relaxing reiki session.

Rooting is to establish a deep connection with yourself, for stability, growth and clarity.

Combining many mindfulness practices to help ease the body and mind to gain clarity and calm to move forward and achieve a balanced and centred focus for life and emanating gratitude and self love. 

Work will be based around improving and interconnecting physical, mental and emotional well being.

Holistic Life Coaching

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a technique that stimulates acupressure points/meridians by pressuring, tapping or rubbing them, whilst focusing on situations that represent personal fear/trauma/negative emotion.
The aim is to help release it, aiming to calm the nervous system, reduce cortisol, and reframe negative thoughts.
