Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique used for stress reduction, relaxation and has been shown to have several benefits for both physical and mental health and promoting healing. 
It's based on the concept of a life force energy that flows through all living things. 
When this energy is low or blocked, it can lead to illness or stress, and Reiki helps to restore balance and pro wellbeing.

A gentle, non-invasive therapy that involves the practitioner gently placing their hands on or near the body.

Starting with a short meditation,  gentle forehead and top of the head meridian point work, use of subtle scents and sounds, then flowing into the reiki session, all accompanied with soothing music.

You will be comfortable and warm nestled under blankets throughout the session 🤍

A light touch therapy using hand and/or Meridian tools, applying gentle pressure, small circular movements and tapping on acupressure points on the body.

Increasing energy flow along body channels known as meridians and relieves energy blockages that can cause physical symptoms and therefore helps alleviate anxiety, stress and promotes calm and relaxation.

As Meridian therapy can be applied directly over clothing, I ask that you wear light materials so that the treatment is most effective.
I may choose to work on areas that require treatment directly on the skin.
This will be discussed at the start of a session.

Holistic Life Coaching

Breathwork is the use of various breathing practices in which the conscious control of breathing is used to influence a person's mental, emotional, or physical state, with a therapeutic effect.

These sessions will be tailored specifically to your requirements/desired outcomes and therefore we will require prior discussions around specific details so that I can prepare the sessions to produce the best outcomes for you.
