Luxurious Espa treatment. 
First starting with a foot soak and cleanse followed by an inhalation of cooling oil. 
Guest then has a full body brushing then the Salt Exfoliation gentle scrub introduced you then take a shower to remove salt etc.
You then have a light silky efflourage of oil applied to the back of body to then flip over and arms and Decolate.
Then the refresheshing Express facial with luxurious scents applied.
We then Finnish off the effleurage of body to the feet which will be wrapped in a warm towel to complete. 

Spring Rejuvenation 

This treatment starts with an inhalation of Aveda Blue Cooling oil via a couple drops on your wrist.
A foot soak & cleanse & a choice of 4 Aromatherapy oils to choose from for today's treatment.
You will then remove clothing & lay face down on massage table & cover your body with sarong the therapist will not be in the room during this section.
A full back of body & legs body massage treatment then you will be asked to slowly turn your relaxed body over to lay on your back.
Your arms and fingers massaged Decoltay area then slipping upto the face for an Aveda facial treatment of cleanse, exfoliation & deeper exfoliation then cleased and oil nutrition massage followed by a hydrating cooling face masque, we then move to scalp massage, after that is a Rich or Soft hydration cream application to complete facial area then floating down to the feet where a nice firm foot massage using Aveda Stress-Fix Body Cream with Shea butter massage into the toes and making those feet feel super.

We will give our New Mother a relaxing Nourishing body treatment but to include attention on stomach area and stretch Marks to soften as assist fading away.

This is a 55 minute treatment for 2 
1 being 16+ week pregnant other their guest
Both full body treatment with Grapeseed oil and Lavender.

Indian Head Treatment with Aveda Express Facial.

Carers Treatment 

This  treatment starts with a foot soak and cleanse followed by an effleurage over the back and back of legs Using St John’s Wort Oil.

This is excellent for use on the skin as it has soothing, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and analgesic properties. Applied topically it can be useful for eczema, psoriasis, mild burns (including sunburn), bruising, haemorrhoids, varicose veins, minor wounds, sores and ulcers. It is particularly beneficial in treating wounds where there has been damage to nerve tissue. Similarly it is said to help treat conditions such as arthritis, neuralgia, sciatica and fibrositis

It's a great all rounder. 

Varicose veins back of body treatment 

Using Red Carrot Oil for this treatment starting on the back of body first, it contains high levels of carotenoids, a class of easily assimilated antioxidants that are present in a wide range of brightly-coloured fruits and vegetables but most abundant in carrots. Antioxidants protect human cells from harmful free-radical attack
The oil is particularly good for revitalising and rejuvenating mature or prematurely ageing skin, environmentally damaged skin, or skin affected by poor nutrition. It is also beneficial for dry, itchy and inflamed skin.

Facial Hydration 

This treatment starts with a foot soak and cleanse followed by an inhalation of a choice of 4 aroma oils for which 1 will be used for the treatment,  guest will then have a full body brushing to refresh the skin followed by a warming application of Hydration Formula with chosen essential oil. You are then wrapped up nice and warm and a choice of a scalp massage or foot massage to complete treatment.
