From the moment I walked in until I left, my experience with Runette was nothing short of amazing! She is an absolute gem. So warm, welcoming, and professional. She made me feel comfortable from the very beginning, took the time to explain the treatment, and genuinely got to know me while working. It felt like chatting with a friend while being pampered.
