Excellent !! She is fantastic. My 15 year old daughter had her first appointment and I got to sit in. Just the energy in the room relaxed me too. Totally wonderful.

Jenia has been wonderful to work with! When I completed my first session and was driving home I thought how could this gentle touch help me (I'm use to deep pressure massages). However, by the time I got home I was the most relaxed I'd been in a very long time and my body felt rejuvenated. Jenia's CST has relieved the pain from arthris in my feet so I can keep moving and doing the things I love. CST has help me relieve stress, calm my anxiety, reduce tinnitus, and I sleep better. She helped me understand what is going on in my body and educated me on ways to help improve healing at home!
