To ensure the best outcome, please adhere to these aftercare instructions: avoid makeup for 24 hours (unless mineral-based), refrain from heat and exercise for 24 hours, and skip AHA's, BHA's, and retinol for 7 days. Avoid facial waxing and hair removal for 7 days, and remember to apply SPF 30+ daily. Lastly, try not to touch the treated area for a few hours after your session.

Begin with breathwork and essential oils to aid relaxation, followed by a brush scalp ritual and soothing fingertip hair play to stimulate meridians and calm the mind. A Gua Sha massage to the face, neck, and shoulders promotes drainage, tension release, and sculpting.
