Lucy is extremely knowledgeable in this field and has worked wonders on my back and shoulders. I continue to have sessions every 2 to 3 weeks, i can't thank her enough she's made such a difference to my aches and pain and managed to improve my mobility and range off movement beyond what I thought was achievable.
