I struggle with neck and upper back pain. Mainly due to old sport injuries. Christie's treatment addressed my issues and she gave really good advice on how to manage my pain going forward. She used various techniques to loosen up my neck and upper back. I will be back. Highly recommend Christie for a good sport massage.

Christie was amazing! I not only enjoyed my Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage but also the valuable advice about nutrition and exercise.
