I have been going to XM for a few months now, for the cold plunge and sauna, and it never disappoints. The traditional sauna gets so hot!. Always clean, consistent, and perfect for a deep, rejuvenating sweat. The new cold plunges are exceptional, offering the ideal contrast, and stepping into the magnesium spa afterward feels incredible. The entire recovery setup feels premium, and Matt, Jake and the team are always warm, welcoming, and professional. Truly a top-tier experience. 11/10.

Experience the relaxing detoxification of our private Infrared Sauna room. Enjoy the benefits of the Infrared Sauna that reaches 65 degrees Celsius. This room features Bluetooth speakers inside the sauna, your very own shower if you wish to use it after your session, as well as a jug of water and a sitting towel. Bring a friend to enjoy this space, with our sauna able to fit 2 comfortably. 

To ensure we have the room ready in time for our next clients, we kindly asked for you to be dressed and ready by the end of your 50-minute session time.

Experience the ultimate recovery space with everything you need in the 1 room. The Revival Room features a large traditional sauna, 2 cold plunges, a hot magnesium spa and a rinse-off shower that will have you feeling amazing. Cycle through the amenities at your own time and in any orders you choose. Although this space is shared, bookings are limited to a maximum of 6 people per session to ensure comfort and avoid overcrowding.

To ensure we have the room ready in time for our next clients, we kindly asked for you to be finished with the amenities by the end of your 50-minute session time. we also advise that you bring plenty of water to keep you hydrated and a towel to dry off.

Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.

Experience and enjoy all the benefits of our Private Traditional sauna room featuring your very own high powered Traditional hot rock sauna with a private shower. This sauna packs a punch reaching temperatures up to 90 degrees Celsius. Enjoy the benefits in your own privacy or bring along a couple of friends with plenty of room for 3. The room will also feature a jug of water and a sitting towel for the sauna, however we ask that you bring a towel to wipe after your shower if you choose to do so.
