Indian head massage is a traditional massage therapy  focusing on relaxing tension in the head neck and shoulders, it is a deeply relaxing and non intrusive therapy.

Your breath can be used to calm and balance your nervous system. Breathing optimally is important for good health and wellbeing. Deep breathing techniques can be used to help release tension and stress stored in the body and also old stuck emotions and patterns. 

Breathwork 

Based on the ancient premise that there is a map of all organs,structures and system in the body represented in nerve reflexes, in the feet, hands and face. Specific massage techniques are used to access all these nerve reflexes to release any impingement to flow throughout the body, restoring balance. Its an incredibly relaxing therapy and is beneficial to a number of health issues, including pain, anxiety, sinuous problems, migraine, sleep difficulties. It is also very helpful dor restoring balance to hormones so is helpful for Menopause, menstrual problems, fertility.
