Alkaline hair removal has a number of important benefits, one of which is its capacity to soften hair in the follicle. This function offers a more comprehensive treatment and slows down or stops the hair’s rapid or thick growth. Alkaline hair removal also promotes a smooth, even skin tone by assisting in the reduction of skin pigmentation and discolouration brought on by hair growth, unlike most hair removal procedures. 
Unlike dermaplanning alkaline softens the hair within the follicle, dermaplanning will only remove the hair from the surface therefore it will continue to grow back at the same speed.

IPL uses warm soft light to bring hair into a resting phase. The light is absorbed by the melanin in the hair follicle, causing the hair to loosen at the root and fall out. After a series of treatments, the hair is permanently reduced.
Unfortunately, it will not work on white, grey or red hair. Please ask our therapists about other options like waxing or alkaline hair removal.
