Urban Oasis is a women-only space, designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment where women can fully relax and unwind. I believe that creating a dedicated space for women allows my clients to feel completely at ease, free from any discomfort or distractions. Many women seek massage not only for physical relief but also for emotional and mental well-being, and I offer a sanctuary where they can truly let go of stress. Inspired by my travels through South East Asia, my studio is a place where you can feel supported, respected and cared for, by an ITEC Level 3 Therapist.

Using a combination of deep, slow, and rhythmic pressure or friction, this technique  targets specific areas with a much deeper pressure than other massage techniques. This treatment uses focused pressure to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia, helping to break up tight knots, reduce inflammation, and restore natural movement.  Deep Tissue Massage is for clients who wish to treat muscle and tendon injuries, pain and stiffness in major muscle groups.

When massaging the face, I use slow, calming techniques, particularly around the eyes, forehead and jawline to ease muscle tightness, boost circulation, and leave your skin glowing.  The treatment finishes with a short, relaxing scalp massage to melt away any remaining stress and leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized.

This facial rejuvenation treatment incorporates a unique blend of highly effective techniques from Indian face massage (also known as facial rejuvenation ) with complementary techniques from Japanese facial massage and acupressure for the face. Slow, gentle massaging motions help lift and firm the skin, while targeted pressure relieves stress and reduces puffiness. This treatment enhances skin elasticity, promotes a glowing complexion, reduces the appearance of fine lines, and provides a calming, stress-relieving experience.
NB. Oil is used for this treatment and therefore the hair will become covered in a light coating of oil.

Bespoke Massage

Indian Head Massage is a therapeutic practice rooted in Ayurveda, focusing on the head, neck and shoulders.  The client remains in a seated position troughout the treatment, which involves gentle to medium kneading, rhythmic strokes, and acupressure techniques to relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. Other  benefits include stress relief and reduced muscle tension in the head, neck, and shoulders. It can help  to alleviate headaches, promote relaxation, and enhance mental clarity. 
NB. Oil is used for to nourish the scalp and enhance relaxation, therefore hair will become covered in oil during the treatment.

Seated Indian Head Massage

The treatment begins with gentle strokes of the whole leg to warm up the muscles, followed by deeper kneading and firmer pressure. Special attention is given to the calves, thighs  and soles of the feet to ease stiffness and reduce swelling.
This massage helps alleviate leg fatigue, improve blood flow, relieve aches, and enhance overall relaxation. It’s especially beneficial for those who spend long hours standing or walking, leaving the legs and feet feeling light, refreshed, and rejuvenated.
