120 min Customized Massage

Using the thermal benefits of smooth heated himalayan salt stones, detoxify excess biowaste in your body and reduce inflammation in your joints. Each stone deposits over 84 naturally-occuring minerals on your skin that are easily metabolized by your body and help replenish a healthy matrix for neural pathways.

Improving flexibility by targeting specific muscle groups through a greater range of motion than you can achieve on your own, this approach can enhance your overall mobility and reduce the risk of injury. Assisted stretching can be a relaxing experience, as it allows you to fully let go and focus on the stretch without having to actively engage your muscles. This can help reduce muscle tension and stress, while also promoting mental well-being.

Facilitated Stretching

Detailed foam roll demonstration, (for extremities and upper or lower body) including instructional adaptations given to use for modifications when needed. Please choose area of the body you are most interested in, and add Foam Roller if necessary.  Prices start at $50 per session, with an additional $30 to add Foam Roller.  

Foam Roll 

Manually flush lymphatic build-up, decrease cellulite dimpling, reduce swelling, improve neural pathways, all while sloughing off dull dead skin. Can be used with, or independently from, any massage service. Includes brush to take home. Supplies are limited. Must be booked in advance.
