I will need to gather your medical history (can be done online before visit), discuss your symptoms, and perform physical examinations to determine the extent of the issue. I will also provide initial treatment, offer advice on managing the condition, and potentially recommend a personalised treatment plan that could include exercises, stretches, or future sessions.
