There is a 10 minute grace period. After 15 mins, a $10 late fee will be imposed. Without notification after 20 mins, your appointment will be cancelled.

If your nails are damaged within 3 days following your appointment, you are entitled to have them repaired free of charge. Repairs after this timeframe will incur a fee.
