If you have been before, you would have likely experienced the calming foot soak packed with minerals at the beginning of your first session while we worked through your medical history & lifestyle questionnaire together. This add on is now available at the start of any repeat session for that extra moment of 'me' time! Or to chat through any new details regarding your health & any lifestyle changes that you'd like to discuss with me. Or you can use the extra time alone for meditation. The magnesium in the soothing warm water will help achieve a restful sleep. You would then have the reflexology of your choosing.  There is no need to book this as a new client as this is included in your first visit. 

10 minute relaxing mineral foot soak ahead of your reflexology

This is the perfect treatment if you take a little longer to switch off and relax. Or if your stress levels are an 8/10 this one is for you. I start working the face with advanced facial reflexology for a 20 minute 'mesmerising' session with a divine toxic free face serum and then move seamlessly to the feet for a full 45/50 minute reflexology session, while you go deeper into the parasympathetic state. If you have sleep or stress problems or health conditions to address I would suggest booking a course of treatments instead of this longer session, as each session is cumulative and will build on the last and give you better results than a single session. 

90 minute foot & facial reflexology 

For first time visits for foot or facial reflexology to The Interior Me. This session will be approximately an hour & a half. On this visit you will receive a relaxing mineral foot soak while we go through an extensive lifestyle & medical history consultation. The hands on treatment will be around 45/ 50 minutes. Subsequent visits will be at the standard rate & discounts will apply for any courses of treatments. Please bring socks to put on after and wear something loose fitting up the calf so I can also work on that area too. 

New clients first treatment 

Brand new service. I am now offering 1 2 1 private treatments live via zoom wherever you are in the world from the comfort of your own home. All you need to do is pick your time, then email hello@theinteriorme.com 48 hours before your treatment & I will email you a consultation form to fill in. We will work through a facial reflexology sequence together which will be tailor-made for your specific requirements. You will require a computer, or smart phone, a quiet space, cleansed face & hands and a toxic free oil or serum & we will go on a lovely journey together.

Virtual facial reflexology clinic via zoom 35 minutes

This professional Celluma red light therapy can be purchased as an add on to the foot reflexology & will be used simultaneously to the treatment. It will be placed on the face, or the infrared setting can be used for aches & pains on a knee, arm or shoulder. The effects of this treatment are extremely positive as it works on a cellular level. This brand has been tested by NASA and is one of the top of it's range. 

Red light therapy

Facial reflexology gives you all the health and relaxation benefits of the more conventional reflexology but with the added benefit of a health glow after the treatment.

Facial reflexology 

For clients returning to The Interior Me for 1 hour sessions of foot reflexology after the initial appointment. The session includes 50 minutes of hands-on treatment as well as a check-in on progress and ongoing wellness prescription. Discounts apply for a course of treatments. For anyone wanting to tackle any health issues, a series of treatments is recommended as the effects of reflexology can be cumulative.
