The massage was great.  I could choose the products used and the warming balm was especially nice. The cream tea which was included in the package was lovely, with a good choice of teas, 2 warm scones (1 plain and 1 fruit) with a pot of cream and jam. Great service in both the spa and restaurant. 

Our back, neck and shoulder massages were an absolute, and totally relaxing, treat, and both of the Ladies who looked after us were professional and charming. Would highly recommend!

Felt Jamie was a little heavy handed, she pulled my face downwards occasionally and didn't seem gentle at all. She didn't explain the products pr what they were for. TBH I've had better facials in stores. Sorry to say all this because Jamie was charming otherwise.
