Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing practice that supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and energetic balance.

In this session, I’ll guide you into deep relaxation while channeling healing energy to help clear blockages and restore flow. Many clients leave feeling lighter, grounded, and more connected to themselves.
