Birmingham's first Floatation Spa offering Floatation Therapy also known as Restricted Environmental Stimulus Therapy (R.E.S.T). Enjoy the benefits of floating weightlessly, supported perfectly and free from the sensation of gravity. By relieving the stresses of gravity, floating takes the weight off strained bones, joints and muscles, and increases the efficiency of blood circulation.
