Advanced Facials

Microneedling, also know as collagen induction therapy, works by using a specialised device to create tiny channels in your skin.  Your skin immediate begins repairing these channels by producing collagen and elastin.  As we repair the channels created in the treatment, we get the added benefit of increasing collagen and elastin all over our skin, helping to “repair” lines, wrinkles, laxity, scars, and hyperpigmentation also.  Microneedling is also amazing for pore reduction and leaving our skin with a rejuvenated appearance.  The Aesthetica uses Health Canada and FDA approved Skinpen for all microneedling treatments.

DMK Enzyme Therapy

This facial is a full spectrum exfoliation.  DMK's classic Quick Peel formula is instrumental in pre-empting reverse osmosis from the Enzyme Masque, using pseudo heat and capillary dilation to create its "back-flushing" action. Cryotherapy has long been used to calm irritated, inflamed skin conditions.
Pre-exfoliation relieves the skin from dead corneocytes, creating a pathway for active ingredients to reach skin cells.
