Romiromi is an ancient and traditional Maori form of deep tissue massage where pressure will be applied to specific haemata or body points to release any blocked energy. The pressure can be from gentle to a deep tissue massage which is to stimulate the internal organs and bring balance to your mind, body and soul. This will invigorate and energise your body and clear any heaviness and burdens we tend to carry on our shoulders and any generational clearing that has been passed down through the DNA and Whakapapa (genealogy).
