Reiki originates from Japan meaning Universal Life Force Energy. By channelling this energy & releasing out through the palms of my hands, I can rebalance, harmonise & restore the bodies energy fields (auras & chakras). During this treatment, you are laid down or in seated position, fully clothed. I use guided mediation to settle, scan the body, then proceed with reiki healing. My hands may be just above you/placed gently on you. Everyone’s experience of reiki may be different, you may feel coolness, waves/rush of energy throughout body, a soothing warm feeling on area being treated or from my hands. You may twitching, have a vocal stomach, see colours/shapes/visions, it is also normal to feel none of these, but an inner peace or relaxation like no other. Benefits: 1 hr of Reiki is the equivalent of 4 hrs sleep, reduces stress/anxiety/depression, ease of pain/discomfort of chronic diseases, assists with withdrawal from addictive drugs/habits & works well alongside medical treatment.

Crystals are channels of divine life force energy & reiki is channelling of the universal life forces, Crystal Reiki combines the energy of crystals & reiki. Over time our personal energy fields (auras & chakras) can become unbalanced. Crystals act as purifiers, conductors & amplifiers, working together with reiki enhances the healing process & rebalancing our bodies energy fields. During this treatment, you are laid down or in seated position fully clothed & covered in a gold & indigo sarong, surrounded by selenite crystals with you sealed inside. I will have pre-charged all crystals with reiki, you can choose from chakra healing , crystals placed on body in line with chakras or crystal layout for specific ailment e.g. sore knee. Crystals in each hand to help centre you, I will carry out the Reiki treatment which is enhanced with the power of crystals. Finishing with a crystal wand sweep of aura & breaking the selenite seal before you leave to ensure the body is rebalance & grounded.

Crystal Reiki Healing

This is a type of massage which uses gentle manipulation or pressure to different parts of the foot. This is believed that your whole body is mapped out on your feet, when gentle manipulation is applied in theory then working on that part of the body which is linked. This can provide pain or stress relief amongst over benefits such as reducing stress and anxiety.

Reflexology

Crystal Sole Healing Reflexology is Different from Regular Reflexology, NO Pressure used on the feet. The whole body is mapped out on the feet. During this treatment, you are in upright seated position, fully clothed, surrounded by selenite crystals with you sealed inside. You are given a crystal in each hand & instead of pressure I use different crystals on different parts of the feet that represent different parts of the body. Energy from the crystals can aid with any aliments & rebalance the body. This treatment allows any blockages/long held emotions to rise to the surface. I work on the chakras on the feet, working over corresponding reflexes allowing the crystals to guide me connecting your soul through soles of feet.
