O nama

My name is Branden Sternberg. I've been in the fitness industry for five years and am a certified exercise and sports scientist and also hold my cert 3 & 4 in fitness. I am currently operating out of D2E gym north in Ballarat as a personal trainer and am offering a choice of 30 or 60 minute personal training sessions to assist individuals looking to take their training to the next level or also newbies just starting out their fitness journey. I am extremely passionate about all things health and fitness and would love to help in any way I can.
