O nama

I am a multi-award winner Above and Beyond Weight Loss Consultant with The 1:1 Diet. I lost 7 and a half stone 11 years ago now, and have maintained that loss ever since, and have now helped thousands of people to change their lives like I did. I used to be a nurse, and have experience in counselling and Neurolinguistic Programming. I see people from my own friendly home office here in Reigate. I love gardening, reading, walking, cats, keep chickens, and have 3 grow up children. I am passionate about making a difference, and would love to make a difference in your life!
