My massage was nice and my masseur was lovely and did a good job BUT I had a foot massage in the main area and it was so noisy I cut it short. In the beginning I was a bit surprised that staff didn’t have their phones on silent, but then 2 people walked in and were playing games or watching tik toks on their phone at full volume and very loudly FaceTiming someone, this went on for 20 minutes, NOT at all relaxing. This isn’t the staffs fault but they didn’t ask them to stop. A sign asking people to have their phones on silent would help the spa be a more serene environment.
