Wonderful treatments from Shell.
I had the Indian head massage with Reiki followed by Reflexology. Everything was just perfect for relaxing, from the scents of the DoTERRA oils to the soothing music playing in the background and the inviting, beautiful room.
Shell was her lovely welcoming self and made sure I was comfortable and knew what to expect.
I had the most enjoyable time, the reflexology was the best thing that's ever happened to my feet!

Reiki healing is a relaxing treatment where you remain fully clothed and I will place my hands on, or above certain areas in your body to channel the energy whilst you relax under a cosy blanket. You may feel a gentle heat, a tingle, may see vivid colours, or may feel nothing at all!
