The 90 min treatment includes all the above with the addition of the holistic facial (cleanse, exfoliation, mask, tone, moisturise) optional smudging & guided visualisation. Smudging has been used for centuries by healers to cleanse the spirit of negative energy by burning sacred herbs such as palo santo or white sage.
