The Vodder Technique for Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, hands-on therapy designed to stimulate the lymphatic system. Developed by Dr. Emil Vodder, this specialized technique uses light, circular, and sweeping movements to encourage the natural flow of lymph fluid, reducing swelling, promoting detoxification, and supporting the immune system, while also providing a deeply relaxing experience.

This treatment does not include wood therapy - Wood tools are not recommended if a person has open wounds, active infections like cellulitis, severe varicose veins, recent surgery in the area, very sensitive skin, uncontrolled hypertension, heart disease, pregnancy, or a history of blood clots, as the pressure from the wood tools could potentially worsen these conditions or cause discomfort.
