I am a highly experienced Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach and Online Coach. As a high performance Bodybuilder and PT, I have worked with hundreds of clients to support them in transforming their physiques to become the best version of themselves. My USP as a Coach is my ability to take a holistic approach with clients, drawing on my deep insight into the connectivity of the body and mind. With almost 30 years' experience of training and coaching, my holistic, results-oriented approach makes me one of the busiest coaches in Scotland.
