Highly recommend Rewild Reflexology! 
I went to Jo for maternity reflexology at 32 weeks, as I was experiencing some hip pain and muscle spasms in my legs and arms at night. After the second session, I was no longer experiencing the issues and felt much calmer in myself. Jo has a wonderfully healing energy and I would encourage any pregnant person to give reflexology with her a go (even if not experiencing any pain or discomfort, feeling your baby move while you are fully relaxed is an incredible feeling!)

Reflexology is a complementary therapy, meaning it can be used alongside conventional treatments for optimal results. It works on the principle that the feet are mini anatomical maps of the whole body - with every organ, bone, muscle and system corresponding with a specific reflex point/area. 

By working these reflexes and pressure points, it’s believed that blocked energy can be shifted and certain issues can be addressed by triggering the body’s own healing response. Reflexology is a holistic therapy, working on the physical, spiritual and emotional, evoking deep relaxation and re-balancing and grounding the body as a whole. 

Foot reflexology

Reproductive reflexology is a holistic approach to aiding fertility.  
It aims to stimulate and balance the body, promoting overall well-being and enhancing the reproductive system's function - supporting hormonal balance, reducing stress, and optimising conditions for conception.
 
It can also be effective for treating menstrual health issues, such as endometriosis and PMS.

Reproductive Reflexology

Reflexology is an incredibly beautiful, holistic and non-invasive treatment to receive throughout the pregnancy journey (and beyond!).

By restoring the body to a sense of equilibrium, reflexology can help to encourage restful sleep, soothe aches and pains and relieve digestive issues - all of which are so common during pregnancy while the body is experiencing huge hormonal shifts.

The proximity of the face to the brain and central nervous system, makes the calming effects of this holistic massage even more rapid and may make it a little tricky to stay awake!

Not only does it help to bring balance to the entire body, you can also expect to see a more radiant, glowing complexion and younger looking skin.
