This nourishing massage treatment helps change your energetic/emotional state supporting body, mind and spirit deeply grounding you in your body. 

Drawing on the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Acupressure works by applying intentional gentle pressure to acu-points of the body that encourage qi (energy) to flow freely through these meridians (channels) in our body. When qi/energy becomes blocked/unbalanced we can suffer poor mental, emotional and physical health.

Acupressure in this massage targets how you're feeling emotionally and energetically helping to balance your nervous system deeply grounding you. When paired with long slow remedial massage that releases tension throughout your body you can often find yourself in a profound sense of deep relaxation.

Relaxation Remedial (acupressure integrated)

This supportive treatment is designed to enhance your Lymphatic System’s ability to flush excess fluid, reduce the build up of metabolic waste and balance your nervous system using Acupressure.

Using a combination of fast and slow rhythmic strokes these motions are intended to help reduce bloating and leave you feeling lighter. To create greater ease of lymph flow Myofascial Cupping is commonly used in this treatment.

By integrating Acupressure to work on meridians (channels) that correlate with specific organs, we encourage flow of ‘chi’ (energy) through these pathways supporting metabolic and lymphatic function.
Acupressure is a powerfully supportive modality that enhances this lymph massage helping to quiet an overactive mind and deeply ground you in your body.

This treatment is for you if you’re feeling tired, sluggish, recovering from the flu or feeling like you're holding onto extra fluid.

An outcome focused sports massage treatment that seeks to reduce pain, improve postural imbalances, lengthen restricted soft tissue, break down adhesions and stabilise muscular imbalances.

This massage combines fascial bodywork that is gentle in nature with targeted techniques specific to your pain/movement restriction.

Your pain may be assessed for a baseline to get an understanding of what positions you’re most sore in. Be prepared for questions. 

Mobility and Stability exercise guidance is provided to enhance the desired outcome of this treatment.

For best results Myofascial Cupping or Dry Needling is recommended (but not necessary).

If you’re in acute or chronic pain this massage is for you. 


Clinical Remedial 

This is a remedially focused treatment combining the Clinical Remedial and Relaxation Remedial.

This treatment is designed to work on your aches and pains, alleviating headaches, easing a sticky neck, working on those knots behind the shoulder blades, softening tension in the lower back and loosening tight hips.

This treatment incorporates joint mobilisations, fascial massage, myofascial releases and Acupressure to ease tension and balance your nervous system. 

This massage treatment is for you if you’d like to address your physical pain but also revitalise yourself energetically.


Deep Tissue Remedial

Remedial

Add-on only to a massage service. E.g. 60min massage, add-on myofascial jaw release.

This is for the jaw clenchers and jaw grinders. 

This is a remedially focused Jaw Release that helps to ease pain and unwind tension. 

By releasing the primary muscles of the jaw and surrounding soft tissue jaw stiffness tangibly eases allowing for better movement. 

The myofascial release from this treatment supports headache relief and is a great alternative to jaw botox. 

This is for the jaw clenchers and jaw grinders.
