I was so relaxed I could barely drag myself up the stairs after my second kiddie collection, but came good enough to get through swimming lessons and after all of that set a new sleep score record - I told you I sleep well, regularly hitting a sleep score of 91, but after your treatment I hit a never before reached very impressive 93!!!! Had an invigorating treatment with Jennifer this morning, couldn’t think of a better way to spend a morning post sea swim, sauna and plunge pool session. First time having facial reflexology, I could easily feel the stress melting away :) my body also feels free of tension after the massage :) il be back again for another visit , Jennifer was very friendly and welcoming :)

Foot reflexology is a complimentary therapy that incorporates the application of pressure to specific points on the feet to stimulate the body's own healing system and bring the body into balance. All treatments include a luxurious hot towel cleanse and I use Irish made Flying Wild organic creams and footbalms which nourish and rehydrate the skin.

Facial Reflexology delivers all the benefits of traditional foot reflexology, but with the added benefit of also helping rejuventate and lift the skin, and because of the proximity of the facial reflex points to the brain and central nervous system, is a fantastic treatment for emotional and mental stress.

The first visit will include a full consultation and hands on treatment and will include a follow up email with some personalised lifestyle information to help you rebalance your body holistically.
