Before you book, please make sure none of the following applies

- Under 18 years of age
- Pregnant/breastfeeding
- Skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, rashes or irritations, acne in the brows (exemptions may vary depending on the client)
- Undergoing any chemo-therapy/  radiotherapy 2 months prior to the procedure
- Any healing disorders/Keloids
- Epileptic
- Are taking any skin medications or undergoing any treatment that thins and sensitizes the skin (accutane, acne medications, laser treatments, chemical peels)

Things to avoid on 2 days prior to your appointment:

- Caffeine
- Ibuprofens (Advil, Motrin, Tylenol)
- NO ALCOHOL on previous and occurring day
- Discontinue use of retinal 72h prior to your appointment

To ensure that we are working with your best shape, please try and grow out your brows! Refrain from waxing, tweezing,
threading 1 week prior to your appointment.

The difference between commercial relaxer brands and our Relaxer System is the protective intervention before, during and after the relaxer process. 

Other relaxers offer one-step to two-step brands that consist of harsh formulas with no added conditioners or strengtheners. Out relaxer system prepares the scalp and hair shaft in two steps before the relaxer cream is even applied. 

In addition to this pre-condition, we also offer a post-conditioning treatment applied following the rinsing of the relaxer cream.

For those with sensitive skin on the scalp, we also offer a Sensitive Relaxer System with just as equally great results.

Natural Hair

This service requires you to arrive with hair that is clean, completely free of products, and thoroughly detangled. Please note, if your hair isn’t sufficiently clean or if there are any traces of product, I will need to perform a wash, which will incur an additional cost. This is crucial as products can compromise the longevity of the installation by weakening the bond of the glue, potentially leading to slippage. The service includes blow-drying and straightening.
