Deep tissue allows the therapist to reach the deeper layers of muscles to promote healing and relief from tired sore muscles. 

Each massage session will be customized to accommodate your therapeutic needs. If you will need any additional accommodations for your session (for physical limitations, allergies, pregnancy, etc.) please let me know in advance.

Stones made of jade, marble, and basalt, both hot and cold, will melt away your tension and reduce inflammation. Hot stone therapy can help improve your circulation, mood, flexibility, and sleep.

In this gentle and peaceful session, done before your massage, you will be fully clothed and relaxed as I guide your body through a series of deep stretches aimed to balance the body, reduce tension, and calm the mind. 

Passive therapist applied stretches can also help warm up and loosen the muscles before your session.

Crystals, color therapy, and specific sound frequencies will be used in a guided meditation that will help you clear your chakras to bring more energetic flow and balance to your day.

A gentle, inflammation reducing style of massage that will help ease stress and improve water retention. Lymphatic drainage massage is a light pressure, quick stroke style that may reduce fatigue and swelling and is known to improve recovery after a surgery or injury. Also great after an illness. Includes stomach and Facial De-Puff and underarms. Special Essential Oil Blend of Aromatherapy cream used to enhance healing.

Expecting mother's will get cozy with support pillows in a side lying position and have some time to themselves to relax and let go.  Focus will be given to the common tension/stress zones of any mother,  with extra focus on the new tight zones that arise during pregnancy. Pair with a foot massage add on to help reduce fluid retention in the feet.

Sometimes you just want to relax and feel cared for without digging out the stresses of life. This full body massage is great to help you achieve a greater calm, more restful sleep, and improved circulation all over.

Cupping therapy is the use of special suction cups that are specifically placed on areas of pain and tension to facilitate faster healing. Some other potential benefits of cupping therapy include pain relief, reduced tension, improved circulation, increased mobility, and reduced inflammation.

After some massage strokes to get to know your trouble zone, cups will be placed and left on the skin and/or used dynamically with movement and suction combined. Afterward, kinesiology tape will be applied to the area we work on.

Stand Alone Stretch Therapy

Using a percussive massage tool, your muscles will begin to release the stresses they hold on to. This will help maximize the results of your massage or stretch session. 

Muscle Restore Vibration Therapy

A soothing, and restoring foot scrub service added on to your massage for a boost of energy and soft tootsies. Does not add time to your massage. 

Foot Enchantment

This add on to your massage will use warm salt stones with coconut and magnesium oil to aid in detoxification of the skin while depositing essential minerals to boost health. A few lymphatic drainage strokes will be used to increase fluid balance and full body detoxification. Coconut oil can be replaced if you have an allergy. Does not add time to your massage. 

Salt Stone Mineral Detox

Cups will be applied to one area of the body (back and shoulders, back of legs, front of legs, arms) while another area is worked on. These cups encourage adhesions and scar tissue in the fascia to break apart and soften. They can alleviate the pain of trigger points and improve circulation. All of this can increase range of motion in the joints. Does not add time to your massage.

Cupping Massage Add-On

Essential oil blends are used in the massage oil/lotion and the room to help amplify your healing session. Choose from EARTH to facilitate Deep Rest, WATER to facilitate a Clear Mind, FIRE to offer Headache Relief, or AIR to help you Breathe Easy. MOTHER blend is also available for prenatal. 

Mental Reset Aromatherapy

Bring added relief to sore muscles and joint with special oils and arnica products.

Sore Joint Care

Add this facial massage to your massage to achieve reduced swelling and an overall less puffy look. Using a combination of accupressure points, light anti-gravity strokes, and cold stones, this massage will have your face feeling refreshed and plump in all the right ways. Does not add time to your massage.
