What a fabulously indulgent two hours with Ronnie. The massage was so relaxing I fell asleep. My face looked very much reinvigorated following the facial massage. Ronnie is a very intuitive therapist who I highly recommend to others.

Massage is a manual therapy that emphasizes long strokes, kneading and friction motions to encourage proper circulation. The technique involves rubbing muscles together in the same direction as the flow of blood to the heart.

Baby massages from 6 weeks old are a wonderfully beautiful way for you and your little one to spend some relaxing times while learning techniques you can use at home.

For a breach fetus I do 20min appointments daily or atleast 4 times per week where possible for 10 sessions or until birth from 34 weeks ideally but not before 34 weeks for turning a breach fetus. 
There are a couple of contraindications worth noting:
1. Placenta previa.
2. History of ante-partum haemorrhage.
3. Are you having a multiple pregnancy.
4. Known abnormality of the uterus or pelvis.
5. History of premature labour or premature ruptured membranes.
6. Previous Caesarean section if more recent than 2 years.
7. Oligohydramnios.
8. Rhesus antibodies.
9. Known hydrocephalic fetus.

The Combination Package 

Reflexology can be enjoyed on the hands but the feet is the most traditional style. Often children experience tickly feet so this therapy combines acupressure on several points on the feet and ankles to help. 

The Reflexology Package 

Acupuncturists don’t always work with needles. This treatment uses small, gentle cups and acupressure tools are stroked and tapped along various meridian lines and points along the body. It is a wonderful treatment for children of all ages. It is suitable for a wide range of conditions and for general health and well being. Treatments are relaxing, comfortable and highly effective.
