Reflexology is a very relaxing ancient holistic therapy performed on the reflex and pressure points of the feet that correspond to pressure points in the body. This truly indulgent foot ritual, uses various massage techniques and warm stones, to relax the body at its deepest level and is effective in creating harmony and balance.

The subtle energies of basalt stones paired with essential oils calm the senses and promote a meditative state.

Warm stones are used at the beginning of the treatment followed by a conventional Reflexology treatment. The stones may also be used on areas that may appear tender or congested. A patch test is required at least 24 hours prior to having tinting to the eye area. This is very important to ensure that you do not have an allergic reaction to the tint. The patch test involves a small amount of tint will be applied either behind your ear or on the inside of your elbow. If any irritation occurs the tint must be removed with warm soapy water.
