Really enjoy the mix of cardio and strength weight p/t session with Joe and have a sense of achievement when the p/t session is over as I certainly wouldn't push myself during the cardio workout if I was working out solo!

Today I opted for a cardio workout opposed to a strengthening and weight workout.  Thoroughly enjoyed the workout and would like to continue to have a mixture of cardio and strengthening p/t sessions.

Just love the p/t workout and feeling great, although happily tired, afterwards. Thank you Natural Strength!
